I learnt very quickly that to be able to impact more people's lives, I needed to get information out there and accessible to as many people as possible.
I thought I knew what I had done to my knee straight away but was not positive. Being on the road I did not have all my text books and therapy notes that I would have liked - so I went online. To my surprise there was very little, so when I came back to Australia, I decided to compile all my notes and information on different injuries/operations and conditions and attempt to put them into an easy to understand format and layout for everyone in the English speaking world to benefit from (hopefully with the aim to reduce their pain, improve their mobility and range of movement and ultimately improve their quliaty of life).
